Our goal is to empower and equip the younger generation with comprehensive information and guidance to make informed decisions regarding their sexual and reproductive health and overall well-being.

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
The foundation is dedicated to promoting comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). This encompasses a range of interconnected issues, including: Gender-Based Violence, Consent, Abstinence, Period Poverty, and Healthy Masculinity.
Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
In addressing the pressing issue of gender-based violence, we work to create awareness, provide resources, and establish safe spaces for survivors to share their experiences and seek support.
Abstinence and Consent
We emphasize the importance of making choices aligned with personal values. Through interactive programs, we encourage abstinence and educate on the significance of giving and obtaining consent in all aspects of life.
Period Poverty
We are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding menstrual health. Our initiatives aim to provide girls with accurate information, access to hygiene products, and a supportive environment to ensure their dignity and comfort throughout their cycle.
Healthy Masculinity
We challenge harmful gender norms that pressure boys and young men to suppress emotions or seek dominance, instead promoting vulnerability, open communication, and respect for others. By engaging them early, we aim to nurture a generation that is emotionally aware, responsible, and committed to equity.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Chidinma Adibeli, is a highly resilient advocate for good health and social justice, specifically focusing on the well-being of young individuals. Her objective is to ensure that children and youths can lead healthier and purposeful lives, free from social constraints.
Chidinma is deeply passionate about promoting sexual and reproductive health education and has made significant strides by organizing community and school outreach programs, engaging in dialogues, and utilizing the power of technology through SRH podcasts.
Over the years, Chidinma has volunteered with various organizations including UNESCO, The Global Fund for Children, and MenEngage Nigeria among others. These experiences have enabled her to positively impact young individuals’ lives and heightened her awareness of the barriers to achieving a more equitable society.
Recognizing the critical need for accessible sexual and reproductive health information, Chidinma founded Mildheart Care Foundation to create a society where children and youths lead healthy, meaningful, and productive lives, free from the limitations of inadequate SRH information and support.
